Magnale Identifies Community Capacity Building As Critical To Regional Economic Success

Magnale today released a thought leadership white paper which ties America’s regional economic success to something called
community capacity. The paper defines community capacity as the ability of regional citizens and businesses to collectively draw upon local sources of capital and take advantage of opportunities to improve – or at least sustain – the region’s standard of living. Magnale identifies four interdependent categories of capital that regional interests can tap to respond to social, economic, environmental, and political stresses and meet community needs.
